Why Are We Here?
Since the dawn of time, man has asked this foundational, powerful question. We, too, begin our journey here.
Basic Philosophy: "Reality 101"
We continue with some more foundational questions: what is truth, and how can we know what is true? Is there ordered reality?
Who is God? (Basic Theology)
If there is an ordered reality around us, how did it get here? We explore the very basics about God, and what we can know about Him.
Who is Man? (Basic Anthropology)
If there is an ordered reality around us, what is our role in it? We explore the very basics about what it means to be human.
What is sin and why is it a problem?
What happens when we deviate from our role in the created order? What is the practical fallout from sin?
How are we saved from the problem of sin?
We discuss how we can (or cannot!) fix the problem of sin, and why we need a savior.
Who is Jesus?
The person of Jesus, Savior of the World, is the central truth of Christianity. We discuss who Jesus is, why and how He saves us from sin, and how we ought to live as a consequence.
Why do we need the Church?
We carry our focus from Christ to His Church, which advances His mission on Earth.
Why Are We Here?
Why are we here on earth? As Catholics, we might take for granted that we are here for a reason. But if we are to take a serious look at the fullness of our Faith, then it is well worth our while to first consider the fundamentals of life itself—the philosophy, theology, and eschatology of what it means to be human!
