THE MONTH OF JUNE IS DEDICATED TO THE SACRED HEART
This Week in Class
The Ninth Week in Ordinary Time
June 1st - June 3rd
In addition to praying the Mass, daily Office, and Rosary, for the next two days [our last of the school year], we will be taking the Classical Learning Exams, having a water balloon fight, studying Pope Leo's new encyclical on AI [and analyze Fr. Spitzer's use of AI in Catholic apologetics], reviewing Pope Francis' encyclical on the Sacred Heart of Jesus, practicing our hymns for next week's Sacred Heart votive Mass, and rehearsing for Wednesday's Marian apparitions play. On Tuesday we will craft a pizza using our hydroponic basil plant. Canaan will lead the AI discussion, and David the Elder will lead the Sacred Heart discussion.
